Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any course or using the services provided by Bibles & Barrels LLC (“Company”), you (“Student”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Course Enrollment

  1. Students must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees in full prior to the start of the course.
  2. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment application at its discretion.

 

Course Content and Instruction

  1. Courses cover topics including firearm safety, concealed pistol license (CPL) training, home defense, and basic firearm training.
  2. Instruction includes both classroom learning and practical, hands-on training at the pistol range.
  3. The Company aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the course content.

 

Student Conduct

  1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
  2. Any form of disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.

 

Safety Requirements

  1. Students must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors.
  2. Appropriate attire and protective gear (e.g., eye and ear protection) are required during practical training sessions.

 

Liability and Waiver

  1. By participating in any course, Students acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with firearm training.
  2. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in its courses.
  3. Students must sign a waiver of liability prior to commencing any training.

 

Payment and Refunds

  1. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  2. Refunds are only available if a course is canceled by the Company. No refunds will be given for missed classes or voluntary withdrawal from the course.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Students will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
